This is your chance to join one of the UK's top energy companies as a Part Time Customer Service Advisor in Kingswinford!

About the role:

You'll be joining our expanding Customer Service team responsible for answering support calls from technicians out in the field and taking information from them. This information will them be entered onto the system and you would look to support them with their query as an example this could be, booking car parking and hotels, supporting them with general vehicle enquiries, booking them in for a service or getting a breakdown team out to them. Computer skills would be essential in this kind of role.

You'll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent employee at a later date. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:

  • Initially the pay will be £8.00 per hour and after 12 weeks, your pay will automatically increase to £9.47 per hour, with the chance for it to later rise to £10.99 per hour.
  • You'll qualify for an annual bonus scheme.
  • You'll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days (including bank holidays)
  • There's good transport links nearby, an onsite canteen serving hot and cold food, and a free drinks vending machine.

About you:

Ideally you'll have some previous experience working in a customer service and/or contact centre role. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills, and will be comfortable handing large volumes of calls professionally.

This is a part time position to work between 2pm and 6pm Monday - Friday, there may also be the occasional Saturday too.
