About your new role

My Client is looking for a pro-active internal sales person to join their small friendly team. Your new job will involve efficient administration with both inbound and outbound communication of the sales department. You will be a key member of the team helping the business give excellent customer service whilst exceeding sales objectives.

About the Job

Reporting to the profit manager your new role will be working in internal sales, chances are you're already going to be pretty organised, numerate and love the buzz of a busy office. So, let's tell you what you will be doing daily to whet your appetite.

Because this sales job is with the UK's largest electrical wholesaler, previous experience in sales admin or customer service admin is going to be the best fit for this role. You will be handling incoming calls from customers, so you will need to achieve the maximum potential profitability whilst maintaining excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Results of these calls will be promptly recorded with the administrative procedure. You will maintain a proactive call program to identify target accounts with the aim to build closer relationships, so you can achieve additional profitable business. The information you provide must be accurate to allow the profit centre to maintain sufficient stock to meet the customers immediate and potential requirements.

You will also get to use your amazing administration skills, being part of the team and ensuring things run smoothly, filing and being an additional source of support other departments.
