One of the biggest IT providers is looking for a Country Lead to take ownership of IT operations of one of their clients and remotely support six sites across Ireland. The key elements of the role will be escalation management, process change control, reporting, People Management, and continuous improvement programs.

Your job will be:
*Being the first point of contact for the company and the client
*Help Client to implement or change their existing processes.
*Attend meetings, visit staff across country locations on a regular basis to ensure staff has the correct level of guidance and understanding of what they are required to do.
*Produce reports on engineers performances, site performance, SLA, skills matrix, aged tickets, CSAT
*Manage teams (sickness, leave requests, backfill, on-call rotas, succession planning)
*Planning activities for own team and customer including projects.
*Understand how to manage the administrative duties prior to SDM approval
*Work closely with service desk to get them aligned to SS & work on how to provide better service to the client
*Understand the supporting functions provided to the business by the Solution Centre (deal implementation, event management, escalation management, security vetting etc.)
*Make sure all sites meet H&S rules & regulations.


To be a good fit you will need:
*2+ years of Team management experience
*Being able to create a Fixed Site Business Operations Continuity Plan (BOCP) Responsibility Matrix for each site to be managed.
*Proven track record of working calmly and constructively within escalated environments
*Experience in delivering quality service, understanding internal and external customer requirements and effectively interpreting customer needs
*Work effectively with others, influences motivates others and helps develop and lead the Team.
*Awareness and understanding of all processes supporting HR.
