Job Booking Advisor
We are currently recruiting for our large based Client in Havant.
Your main responsibility will be dealing with engineers who are installing smart meters and want to log a fault.
You will need to use your previous customer service skills along with your IT skills to be able to log/deal with the fault over the phone effectively.
You will need to be efficient and a good team player, but also confident and using your own initiative.
The hours of work are 8 hours a day during the time 8am-8pm working one sat in 4 and having a day off in the week.
