Bioscience Business Development Manager for Dublin 22 Bioscience Company

Newly created opportunity to work in a Global Business Development role with approx. 30% travel required throughout Europe, US and India.

Reporting to the Director of Biosupplies this role will have direct communications with Customer Service, Regulatory, Supply and Technical divisions.



The Role



Opportunities

Review from a commercial and strategic point of view new requests of Biosupplies Bioscience products to be used as an excipient by third parties.
Coordinate with the Technical Division for the potential supply of such products with technical and regulatory requirements.
Participate with Marketing and R+D in the mid to long term strategy to ensure the continuous growth of the Business Unit.
Develop commercial activities for the expansion of the Business Unit.
Explore additional collaborations and synergies with the current and potential customers.


Agreements

Agree the supply of products with the manufacturing sites.
Maintain and update the agreements related with the supply of products.
Negotiate new agreements within the Intermediate supply policies.


Commercial

Control, Management and Pursue of the Customers together with Customer Service on purchase orders, invoicing and supply.
Sales follow up: historical sales, budgets, forecasts.
To act as a commercial contact between the customers and the company.


Requirements

Life Science/Biology/Chemistry Degree with a Marketing Qualification

3-5 years Business Development Experience within the Pharma or Healthcare Industry

Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Flexible, Organized and Commercially Focused

Availability to travel up to 30%
