We are looking for a capable individual who has interpersonal skills, a flexible personality and a professional work ethic.
- Dealing with the general administrate duties including post, deliveries, scanning, printing, photocopying etc
- Manage individual Project Files and Paperwork - monitor and keep both electronic and paper copies updated individually on all Projects.
- Assist in collating and submitting in a timely manner weekly paperwork.
- Coordinating and planning schedules.
- Assist in reviewing and collating service sheets on a weekly basis.
- Data entry
Required Attributes and Experience
- The ideal applicant will have experience working within a busy office.
- Experience in Admin.
