Customer Support - English - Shifts

These positions will be phone based and will involve dealing with inbound and outbound calls. The main purpose of these roles is to provide an excellent rescue service to our client.

Will work 36.25 hours a week.

* You will work on a flexible shift roster - you could be rosters to work a morning shift, evening shift, weekend shift and/or Public Holiday shift. The successful candidates will also be required to provide cover for the overnight shift as required (but this is less frequent).

* You will be provided with full product and system training in advance of going on the floor.

* There are also development opportunities in place - next step would be Senior Agent, we'd look to sponsor you to do Insurance exams, etc.
* Once on the floor you will work as part of team of approx. 30 Rescue Call Agents who report into 3 Supervisors.
* The Rescue Centre itself is based just off Grafton Street - very easy to get to.
