Shift Manager

Manpower have a fantastic opportunity which has come up working for our global leading client Amazon based on their brand-new site based in Hoo Rochester.

This is a fantastic opportunity working the role of a Shift Manager in a busy warehouse.

Your duties will be

• To act as first point of call for marking in our temporary employee's attendance.
• To accurately monitor absence and complete follow up calls for the temporary employees.
• To undertake various reports which act as core evidence for our payroll.
• To actively participate in positive communications between the recruitment teams and associates.
• To ensure confidentiality of the employee queries relating to pay/holiday/shift changes.
• To carry out other duties as specified by the line Manager.

Skills Required

• Account Management experience would be ideal
• Experience of working within a team
• Good communication skills
• Excellent phone manner
• Fantastic knowledge of excel
• Accuracy and attention to detail is the key
• Positive attitude
• Able to solve problems

The role will be a 0630 - 1330 Thursday, Friday , Sat, working 20- 25 hours a week and you will directly work for Manpower.

This position will start ASAP and will be a Temporary position.

Salary -£11 per hour
