Sales Support Representative required for our client in Altrincham, a leading global paints and Coatings Company and a major producer of speciality chemicals, with leading market positions and brands in countries around the world. We operate in a number of important market segments ranging from buildings and infrastructure to transport, industrial and consumer goods.

As a Sales Support Representative you will build strong relationships with corporate accounts, develop knowledge of their businesses and ensure they invest in our product solutions. Following set procedures you will process orders accurately and on time. You will update records and provide client reporting too. Important will be the ability to work with stores and account managers to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. Your role will be to deliver high standards of service that will ensure repeat business and sales growth. You will also monitor the effectiveness of our systems and processes and identify ways in which we can improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Service / Sales based environment. You will have strong communication and telephone skills. You will also have the ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
