An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client are currently seeking a Commercial Executive/ Accounts Payable Specialist based in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 2 months, working full time, Monday-Friday. This role is paying up to £28,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

As a Commercial Executive your primary aim is provide and maintain information to fulfil the customer plan. You will be supporting the CAMs on a day-to-day basis and meeting your customer's requirements. Your key contacts will be your immediate team, your customer, Supply Chain and Finance.

The Commercial Executive will report into the Senior Commercial Executive.

Responsibilities (to include):

  • Promotional Support - updating the plan, translating the plan into numbers, monitoring the plan versus actuals
  • Creating and tracking Provisions and Accruals
  • Joint Business Planning Tracking
  • Processing invoices
  • Price accuracy
  • Customer administration

Accountabilities:

  • Promotional administration
  • Price file maintenance and query resolution
  • Customer administration
  • Invoices to be paid on time

Business Results:

  • Provision of up to date, accurate information
  • Implementation and execution of administration completed OTIF
  • Systems accurately reflect the Customer Promotional Plan

The successful candidates will have a high level of educational +/or professional qualifications or a proven track record in a customer environment. It is likely that they are already used to delivering work required by the job profile.

Applicants must have strong Excel skills with the ability to produce and use VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables (an assessment will be held using Excel).

You must possess good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage workload, delivering to a deadline with accuracy.

Strong communication and analytical skills are required along with an ability to build and maintain good, immediate and cross-functional working relationships.
