Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Business Support Team Assistant to provide an efficient administrative service which is focussed on delivering a high level of customer service. You will provide a service as directed by the BS team leader, however you will primarily be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Data Control - Management, Entry and Analysis
- Updating documents and forms
- Drafting and updating schedules, control sheets, quality checks and working instructions
- Compiling reports such as accountability data packs for Senior Leadership Team and Station departments
- CAP evaluator duties and responsibilities
- Purchasing and raising requisitions
- Booking meeting rooms/ hospitality arrangements
- VIS1s and hosting arrangements
- Identifying improvements within the business support team
- Meeting support - Organising, Minute taking etc
- Undertakeany other related duties commensurate with the nature of the assignment
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Proficient use of Microsoft packages (Word, excel, outlook, Powerpoint) and other systems such as SAP, AMS, CDMS, Cognos
- Ability to analyse data and provide reports
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- Ability to manage several tasks at a time
- Receptive to change, resilient and adaptable
- Discreet when dealing with confidential information
- Personable and approachable and the ability to build strong working professional relationships with stakeholders/ customers
- 5 GCSE's grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent NVQ or experience
