Your role

You will be meeting and greeting customers to carry out and book estimate appointments on and off site and to agree the correct methods of repair. You will be responsible for gaining all necessary authorisation and negotiating repair costs with insurance companies and fleet managers.

Your profile

You will already be an experienced VDA qualified body shop estimator within the automotive industry who is looking for a move to a prestige brand. We will also expect you to be self-motivated and an excellent communicator who's continually focused on the needs of our customers. You will obviously also need a full Driving Licence.
