Due to expansion our well established client is looking for a Advice Issue Reporting Eligibility (AIRE) Interface Manager to join their office in Rayleigh, Essex.

You will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for the Central Services team.

OVERALL PURPOSE

  • Lead and sustain a culture which supports their Group's vision, values and strategic objectives, encouraging creativity and innovation
  • Lead and ensure effective response to issues or complaints raised by the AIRE provider which will drive excellence in the Service User experience
  • Ensure they achieve the highest standards of performance, compliance and accountability for contract management
  • Ensure recording and actioning of all repairs and maintenance orders are handled in line with contract requirements
  • Ensure they meet all necessary requirements for bed space allocation through best use of current provision and pre-planning use of pipeline properties

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work with the Operations Director to provide effective and motivational leadership, supporting a culture that coaches and engages people to make the most of their skills and talents
  • Evaluate and mitigate risk, ensuring the activities of the AIRE Interface Team comply with Board strategy, regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Develop and sustain excellent working relationships with external stakeholders, key partners and colleagues across the business
  • Drive and lead a culture and effective delivery for customer focus, communication, engagement and continuous improvement in service excellence and performance results, which recognises that their people are key to that success
  • Lead excellent services and performance delivery for contracts, including repairs and maintenance reporting, issues and complaint handling, void management and bed space allocations

EXPERIENCE

  • Lead the team through adopting a strong performance culture and encouraging independence of thought and autonomy
  • Act as a role model by leading, engaging and motivating the AIRE Interface Team to embrace and live their Values
  • Ensure the AIRE Interface Team fully understand expectations in terms of their role and behaviours and that appropriate support, training and development and resources are in place, so people have the tools and skills to do their job brilliantly
  • Implement regular performance development and review, understanding what makes your people tick, setting challenging goals and stretch targets and making the most of their skills and talents

In return, you will benefit from 20 days holiday increasing to 25 days with service, pension and life insurance.

Hours: Mon-Fri 40 hours per week 8.30am-5pm
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience
