An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our Global FMCG Client are currently looking for a Data Analyst/Co-ordinator to work in the Research Salon, based at their Research and Development facility in Port Sunlight on the Wirral. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying £20,010 per annum, pro rata.

Main Job Purpose
To contribute to the efficient running of the salon by working closely with CTI coordinators to gather test proposals, making sure the correct documentation is in place to ensure the study runs smoothly and complies with local safety and ethical guidelines. Extracting the correct information from the proposals to allow suitable recruitment for the tests and highlighting issues promptly to ensure any issues are resolved in time for studies to be completed as planned.

Once tests are completed, the Salon coordinator conducts the initial analysis of results prior to producing reports for all standard tests conducted in the salon.
The job holder will need to be able to work independently and work in a busy environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / TASKS
* Collecting all proposals for tests
* Ensuring all safety documentation is available for the test
* Briefing receptionists on panellist selection criteria from proposals
* Ensuring all recruitment is done and numbers met for every test
* Trouble shooting any issues arising from proposals
* Data analysis after tests are completed
* Producing simple reports using a template
* Working as part of a team

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills/team working
* Planning & organisation
* Attention to detail
* Computer literacy (MS Office, e.g. Word & Excel), experience of data analysis applications preferred.
* Experience of data analysis and report writing.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum education to 'A' level required. Graduate level preferred. Experience in dealing with data and producing simple reports is necessary. Previous experience in organisational roles would be an advantage.
