Customer Support - Clonakilty based - Base Salary + Benefits

The role: Customer Support

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

* Ensuring that all calls for the particular project at hand are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner.
* Ensuring delivery of quality service on a continuing basis
* Processing client/customer queries.
* Provide administrative support as and when required.

Experience and Attributes Required:

* The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
* Display time flexibility towards shifts as per operational requirements
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines

Hours: 40 Hrs per week - Mon /Fri shifts BETWEEN 9 am & 7 pm (Weekends on Rotation)
Contract: Permanent Full - Time
Location: Clonakilty
