Our client, who are based in Birmingham, are seeking a highly organised individual to join their team.
Day to day running of assigned customer accounts
Resolving any invoice rejections or customer queries
Updating and completing orders on customer websites and spreadsheets
Escalating any outstanding payments or issues to the Accounts Manager
Providing holiday / sickness cover within the Accounts department
Greet and sign in visitors, arranging refreshments where required
Process incoming and outgoing post
Previous experience preferred at some level alongside a good level of computer literacy, experience working with Sage desirable. The successful candidate will have a professional approach, a polite telephone manner, good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
This is a temporary role with an immediate start, working straight days and paying between £8.50 - £9.50 per hour
