CNC Operator

Due to expansion our client who specialise in large, complex fabrications for the Defence, Oil & Gas, Rail and Nuclear Energy sectors are looking for CNC Operators to join the team

Key Activities

• Setting and operating Lathes or Milling machines.
• Working to tight tolerances
• Working with a variety of materials such as Stainless Steel, Inconel and Titanium

Skills Experience and Knowledge

• Proven track record in the operation of Lathes or Milling Machines
• Experience of Mazatrol, Siemens 840D, Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Working hours

• Standard 37 hour per week + overtime as an when required.

Whilst this is a day shift role our client is looking for candidates who are flexible in their approach to working hours as depending upon business needs you may be required to work night shift on occasions.
