We're looking for:

• Relationship building and interpersonal skills with the skill to engage and communicate with your customers often regarding sensitive issues
• A natural flair and genuine desire to help customers by using a full range of investigative tools, as well as a keen eye for detail to identify potential risks
• The desire to learn and develop
• The determination to go the extra mile for customers every day to provide that truly personal service
• Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask, as you'll be navigating different systems
• Good keyboard skills as you'll be processing information when talking to our client's customers

What else you need to know:

We're looking for people who can commit to working for our client for at least 12 months and if you are continuously hitting the key performance targets set by the client and are seen to be working in line with their values there is the potential for the role to become permanent (subject to availability).

Our client is there for their customer whatever the time of day or night, so you'll need to be flexible regarding your availability
