ATT Transcriber and Speech Analyst

SALARY- DOE (Between 17,000-19000)

Manpower is looking for an ATT Transcriber and Speech Analyst to join one of our most valued clients. Your primary role is to create detailed transcriptions of confidential Financial conversations with an excellent level of accuracy to meet the required quality. Transcriptions are then labelled using unique financial terminology, relating to Mortgages, Pensions and Wealth Management.

The company you would be working for combines state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, deep learning and machine learning techniques to extract extensive information, drive automation and deliver transformational efficiencies around professional conversations. You would undertake duties within a fast-paced environment, working accurately and efficiently always in accordance with the company's systems, standards, processes and procedures, adhering to strict guidelines of confidentiality in accordance with ISMS27001.

Within your role your responsibilities will include the following;

  • Transcribe confidential Financial conversations with excellent levels of accuracy as set out by our in-house software programme
  • Upskill, through training, specific Financial services topics relevant to the conversations being transcribed such as Mortgages, Pensions and Wealth management
  • Provide analysis of the transcriptions by labelling key topics of conversation as set out by our clients
  • Work with transcription equipment that can include speech recognition and computer software
  • Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality according to provider standards and data protection regulations
  • Comply with internal policies, raising any concerns over security issues

To be successful in this role, you would be expected to have the followings skills and experience;

  • Keen to learn and contribute, diligent, focused on the quality of your work, fully committed to security of confidential data
  • Advanced typing skills preferred but not essential
  • Effective listening and concentration skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, with emphasis on spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work within deadlines
  • A motivated and dedicated approach to work
  • Desirable but not essential: experience within an organisation that services a regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Police, Health, Military)
  • Knowledge of computers and common programmes
