Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a leading Letting Agency in the heart of Edinburgh.
Working within the Maintenance Department and alongside the other departments, this is a broad and challenging role which will suit an organized and customer service driven individual.
Co-ordinating the maintenance elements of the business, the role will range from co-ordinating the companys response to day to day maintenance issues, managing the redevelopment of properties and overseeing all insurance claims.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, ability to work to targets and deadlines and build strong relationships with all clients - contractors, landlords, tenants and colleagues.
Job Duties:
- Oversee repairs from initial call to completion
- Implement and develop maintenance procedures
- Chase up all outstanding repairs / Ensure repairs are completed within required time
- Identify any refurbishment needs and implement
- Liaise with clients and tenants over repairs (explain what needs to be done and why)
- Oversee insurance work
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with our SLA
- Resolve complaints quickly and identify opportunities to improve our service
- Man the 24 hours out of hours emergency line (approx. 1 week in every 11)
- Carry out property viewings occasionally

Qualifications/Experience:
- IT proficient, especially Microsoft Office
- Commercial outlook
- Full driving license
- Knowledge of SME professional and Fixflo an advantage, but not essential
- Propertymark or equivalent qualification in Lettings desirable

- Great customer experience for tenants and clients.
- Meeting our SLAs
Salary:
Dependent on experience £18-22k
