PROJECT COORDINATOR'S NEEDED IN DIDCOT
£10.00 AN HOUR / WEEKLY PAY
START DATE OF 29TH APRIL 2019 - FOR THREE MONTHS - FULL TIME WORK
IT EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting customers by providing a range of services as a member of the team. The scope of the role includes daily and ad-hoc tasks to manage, administering and supporting digital image marking. (Electronic Return of Marks (ERM) and e-testing sessions, in accordance with agreed service levels and timescales
Experience in a customer-facing role, the ability to identify customer needs by listening and questioning and liaise confidently using a variety of communication methods. Should have an ability to approach problems from the customers' perspective and offer consistent and appropriate advice, with accurate information, setting realistic expectations and timescales.
Excellent communication skills are essential, in both written and spoken communications, including a confident telephone manner, active listening skills and the confidence to communicate with a range of people including senior managers, external/internal customers and third party suppliers.
Demonstrates a positive and flexible approach, undertakes tasks necessary to achieve team goals.
