HR Change Manager
Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a HR Change Manager based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months with the likelihood to be extended to 12months+, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying between £53,600 and £67,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
Role Description
This role will work across the team of HR partners as well as the HRVP and will be part of a project team working on the digital transformation of the UKI business, across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the project team and project manager of the transformation as the day to day HR lead for multiple projects
- ensuring delivery of organisational savings in line with plan, including partnership with finance
- monitoring and tracking progress of people elements of the project including recruitment, communication, training and consultation as well as other various elements
- working with HR Director to define key success criteria for the project
- working with communications to build a comprehensive, ongoing communications and change plan for the business
- working on a skills assessment defining the "future skills needs" for a business which is digitally transforming
Key Requirements
- Understanding of consultation requirements and timelines.
- Experience of working and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions of the business
- Experience of working on a large-scale HR transformation project
- Strong track record of business facing HR roles
- Strong experience of organisational design and organisational effectiveness is essential
- Work well as part of a project team as a well as delivering independently on critical HR workstreams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is essential
- Ability to demonstrate awareness of the broader impact of change across a global organisation, would also be desirable
