Swedish Lead Development Representative

Do you speak Swedish and are looking for a challenging new sales role where you can utilise your language skills?

Manpower are working in Partnership with Micro Focus, a world leading end-to-end pure-play software company and we are keen to hear from experienced telemarketing / sales individuals.

You will join the Inside Sales team in Erskine to perform outbound telemarketing activities to assess and identify customer needs.

As a Lead Development Representative, you will use your language skills to engage and interact with new and existing customers, you will build a rapport and develop strong working relationships. You will continually update the CRM database whilst working to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

Ideally with previous sales experience, you will have a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills. You will be professional, credible and comfortable interacting with key stakeholders.

OTE circa £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.

Successful candidates will be employed directly by Manpower; Manpower have a services agreement with Micro Focus.
