Multinational Engineering Manufacturer now has an opening for a Project Manager. This exciting role will be based in their office here in Dublin, the Project Manager will have the opportunity to build on their experience and develop their careers managing numerous global projects from inception phase to completion.

We are looking for a Project Manager who is has strong presentation skills, Lean Six Sigma/PM Certificate or qualification, 3 Years specific PM experience (managing multiple projects and teams) Planning and budget management.

Project Manager role: This is a full time, permanent position.

Salary & Package: €60K - €65K pa plus benefits from day one such as family health cover, pension 6% match, social club, subsidised canteen, life cover, parking but also close to public transport.

The Project Manager role:
*Develop company wide competence in using standard Project Management methods to improve
performance and discipline relating to project participation, coaching and training.
*Improved project participation of people demonstrated in improvements to project delivery
schedules KPI's
*Lead Projects over promoting collaboration and interaction within teams, suppliers and
customers.
*Utilising Visual Management techniques to report out suitable KPI's for tracking
performance and participation to schedule and costs
*Implement a project management structure that benefits the business by driving project
deadlines to agreed time and cost measures.
*Be familiar with visual management techniques, Process Mapping tools and basic LEAN
techniques or methodologies
*Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility.
*Planning and developing schedules to meet deadlines and within budget.
*Coordinate internal resources and third parties /vendors for the execution of projects.
*Develop a detailed project plan to track project progress.
*Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, liaising with
senior management regarding the status of projects.
*Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
*Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
*Ability to collaborate across multiple areas.
*Past experience within a global manufacturing environment
*Presentation to management and senior executives

Your Skills & Experience:
*Bachelor's Degree
*Professionally Certified Project Manager
*Have very good communication skills / influencing skills and be able to present to and
manage multiple stakeholders
*3 years plus in a similar role.
*Qualification in Project Management - PMI and /or Prince2 certification.
