An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client, the global FMCG giant behind brands such as Ben & jerry's, Persil and Comfort, are currently seeking a Team Assistant based at their UK HQ in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 3 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £22,400 - £28,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience.

The primary function of the role is to manage the packaging design approval process for the Local R&D team UK & Ireland Home Care category in the UK and Ireland, using the in-house artwork approval management software system (on which you will be trained) and design agencies to ensure the correct and timely approval of packaging.

Key Responsibilities:


  • To provide administrative support of a varied nature for the Home Care UKI R&D Manager and UKI R&D team.
  • Management of the artwork approval process on behalf of R&D:

    • Coordinate timings and approval artworks in accordance with approved input.
    • Liaise with x-functional business partners to manage deadlines, challenge input where required and achieve timely approval.
    • Provide progress updates to ensure stakeholders are fully informed.

    Key Skills Required


  • Good experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook with the ability to pick up new systems easily.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management/organisational skills and a high output of quality work.
  • Proactivity and an ability to work on own initiative whist being a strong team player.
  • Ability to liaise with more senior colleagues and obtain information as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • An ability to prioritise, work under pressure and manage a broad range of tasks are critical to success.
  • Conscientious with an ability to provide reliable support to the team.
  • The successful applicant will have experience in an administrative/project admin/PA or Team Assistant role.
