Our client is a leading energy provider who is committed to helping their customers in any way they can. The client sells electricity and gas to over 5.5 million residential and business customers, making them the largest supplier of electricity by volume.
They are looking for two administrators to join different teams.
1) Revenue protection - This role is administrative but also investigative, the successful candidate will provide day to day support in order to identify instances of illegal energy abstraction for both gas and electricity through to resolution.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Data analysis of accounts to ensure efficient use of field force.
- Raising and closing Revenue Protection cases.
- Answer department phone calls.
- Ad-hoc back office support.
2) Live collections - They are looking for an administrator who will report to the Live Collections Executive, although on occasions to the Term Collections Executive or directly to the Field Collections Optimisation Manager.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Daily file management
- Update SAP with warrant details following court outcome
- Scanning warrants onto SAP
- Data entry and validation
- Stationery control

- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook
- Ability to plan and organise workload effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to accurately work to deadlines and meet targets

- Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work on their own initiative
