Manpower are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our Client based in Aylesbury for a HR Administrator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing company on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start!

Salary: £18K - £25K depending on experience.

Position available:

This is a brand-new role, and you will initially be assisted by an external HR Consultant, whilst working closely with the Finance Director. There are plenty of HR projects that need developing and implementing, along with day to day HR responsibilities including onboarding, inductions and recruitment.

As the HR Administrator, your duties will include:

  • You will be the first point of contact for employees on all HR queries
  • Updating HR policies and procedures
  • Using job sites to find new employees
  • Carry out general HR Admin on a day-to-day basis

HR Administrator Experiences

  • You will have excellent HR administration and customer service skills with a keen interest to develop and grow your career in HR.
  • You will ideally have had previous HR experience, however if you are studying towards a CIPD or equivalent qualification this may be considered.
  • You will have the ability to build relationships and communicate appropriately with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In addition, showing pro-activity in your role and working in a discreet manner is essential.
