HR Advisor / Customer Service
Do you have a passion for providing first class customer service. Do you enjoy dealing with all levels of staff?
My client based in Aztec West is seeking a couple of professional customer service advisors who wish to develop their careers within HR. The roles are predominantly phone based and you will be required to deliver an exceptional service to all levels of staff on policy and procedure.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08.30am, Free parking is available on site.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Providing excellent customer service to internal managment and staff members
Dealing with highly confidential queries
Sending out all policy and procedure relating to individual cases
Liaising with internal HR departments
