Our client, one of the UK's leading energy suppliers based in Barnwood, Gloucester is looking to recruit a part time Administrative assistant within their Nuclear Fuel Supply and Strategy team. The hours required for this role is 20 hour per week with flexibility on days and hours.
Nature of the role -Provide administrative support to help team deliver strategy for fuel and component supply to our client's power stations e.g. organising meetings and related activitiesUse Microsoft Office applications and company designated software applications to complete tasksMaintain electronic and hard copy filing systems used by the teamLocate and retrieve appropriate documents on company systemsVerify and process fuel and component related invoicesMaintain good interface with our clients power stations and external suppliersUndertake project support activities e.g. maintain spreadsheets, databases etc
Skills, Qualifications, ExperienceRole holder will normally be qualified as a minimum to GCSE/National Qualification standard level or equivalent.Previous experience in clerical, secretarial and/or administrative related role.
