Inbound Customer Service Representarive
Due to increased work load we are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors.
You will be the first point of call from Engineers who are installing Smart Meters and would like to log a call with regard to any technical issues they are having. You would maintain responsibility for implementing, individually and part of a team all issues the engineers are ocurring. Having a technical backround would be an advantage, but not necessary if you have had experience in working in this field. You would be working in a fast pased environment, therefore have the ability to stay calm and be able to work under pressure during busy periods. Having an excellent telephone manner and excellent computer skills
This role is on going and starting on the 4th March. The hours are 40 hours a week paid at £10.17 per hour, the hours would be between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and one in 3/4 Saturdays having a day off in the week.
Excellent training is provided.
This is located central to Havant public transport.
