Customer Service Operator
We are actively recruiting for one of our largest UK wide clients, based in Cosham, for Customer Service Operators. This is an inbound customer service role. Taking calls from customers who are experiencing a power cut or spot any damage to the Energy Network.
You will be the advisor who takes the initial call and will be their first point of contact. You will provide them with the appropriate information, from safety advice to power cut faults and updates. (Full training is given)
You will need to be dynamic and have a willingness to learn.
Every day you will be dealing with customers with vulnerabilities, so it is essential to be empathetic and caring.
The role is working 37.5 hours a week and the shift patterns are normally 07.00-15.00 and 15.00 -23.00 and 09.00 -17.00 you will be expected to work some weekends on average 1 in 4.
This role is ongoing and is paying £10.12 per hour plus £90 every week for shift allowance, there is also the opportunity to do standbys and some overtime .
