Customer Service Advisor (Inbound Calls)
This is an inbound customer service role. Working one of our large well established clients in the Cosham area.
You will be responsible for taking calls from customers, who are experiencing a power cut or spot any damage to the Energy Network.
You will be the advisor who takes the initial call and will be their first point of contact. Where you will provide them with the appropriate information, from safety advice to power cut faults and updates (Full Training is given).
The role is working 37.5 hours a week and the shift patterns are normally on a rotating shift (07.00-15.00 and 15.00-23.00 and 09.00 to 17.00- you will need to work some weekends on average 1 in 4 having the time of in the week. (rota given approximately 5 weeks in advance).
The role is ongoing and paying £10,12 per hour plus £90 every week for being on the above shift patterns, there is also some opportunity of overtime and going on standby.
