Sales Manager - Fluent German, French, Italian or Spanish as a second language is highly desirable.

Our client is a fast growing business based in central London, they provide a powerful CRM & loyalty platform within the retail & hospitality network signed up some of the biggest players in the market.

During this period of fantastic international growth our client is now looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join the Global Sales Team

This is an extremely exciting role to grow the international sales of world-class SaaS based CRM and Loyalty solutions to the Retail Property industry. Based in London, the successful candidate will divide their time equally between Head Office, visiting clients and attending events across Europe.

The right candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with ideally a minimum of 5 years of SaaS sales experience and a proven track record of nurturing and closing sales leads. Fluent German, French, Italian or Spanish as a second language is highly desirable.

The person we're looking for has:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Strong sales track-record
  • Fluent second business language is highly desirable (preferably German, French, Italian or Spanish)
  • Excellent relationship and networking skills
  • Motivated, self-starter who can work independently and within a sales team
  • Confidence in representing at conferences and events
  • Experienced in using MEDDIC sales methodology (or equivalent such as Sandler, Solution selling etc.)
  • Ability to travel for face to face meetings
  • An understanding of retail/shopping centre marketing or purchasing is a big plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify sales opportunities, as well as conduct all aspects of negotiation and closure.
  • Follow consultative sales methodologies in defining need analysis, qualification and presenting the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations to all levels within prospective clients.
  • Develop thought leadership, as well as local client business case studies, becoming an expert within your geographic territory.
  • Develop solutions-led RFP responses and new business pitches for major clients - grounded in insights and industry knowledge.
  • Sales pipeline and forecast management.
