Manpower are currently working with a leading client within the process and pharmaceutical industry who are looking to expand their successful business with the appointment of a new Sales Head to cover the North West of England.

Reporting into the Managing Director, You would be responsible for winning business within North West England, you will build leads through market intelligence and attending relevant events, winning business across the company product range offering both products and services for high purity manufacturing. You would be targeting jobs within the £250k to £10 million range working autonomously within the region and managing sales from first contact to the beginning of work.

The successful candidate will have experience within process or pharmaceutical equipment sales, having a proven track record selling to specialist clients within niche markets and be able to up sell and cross sell the various products that the client offers. You will have an engineering background and be able to deal technically as well as commercially with clients to ensure each solution pitched will meet their requirements.
