Our client is currently looking for an Sales Order Coordinator to join their team based in Slough.

Our client is a leading global paints and Coatings Company and a major producer of speciality chemicals, with leading market positions and brands in countries around the world. They operate in a number of important market segments ranging from buildings and infrastructure to transport, industrial and consumer goods.

We're looking for customer service professionals with an eye for detail to deliver a central product ordering service that delights customers, exceeds expectations and meets our service levels.

You will process customer orders across our clients popular range following company procedures. You will ensure orders are taken accurately and uploaded onto their system ready for dispatch. You will look to manage promotions, resolve customer queries as well as investigate and troubleshoot problems and identify solutions. You will also proactively liaise and negotiate between internal stakeholders and customers during critical service issues to deliver customer satisfaction. Important too will be the ability to spot ways you can streamline operations and improve service delivery.

You must have experience of delivering high standards of customer service, ideally in a call centre environment. You will understand the importance of getting details right first time and are totally customer focused. Highly numerate, you will possess excellent telephone, communication and IT skills as well as an eye for detail. SAP experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. You will enjoy the challenge of working to tight deadlines and solving problems and are comfortable juggling changing priorities in a fast moving environment.
