I am recruiting for an Insurance Organisation based in Wexford who are looking to speak with Helpdesk Engineers 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
The overall purpose of the role will be reporting to the Group IT Manager your overall function will be to assist in the administration, maintenance and support of distinct IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
Providing initial first contact support to internal customers to include initial diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolution
Working as part of a focused and experienced service delivery team
To competently resolve customer issues in a timely manner and escalate where necessary
Maintenance of Open GI back office systems
Update of business documentation templates using Open Word and Open R
Maintenance and Installation of hardware - PC's, printers, phones
Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange & Office 365 Administration
Website Administration
Person Specification
The successful candidate will:
Enjoy working in a fast paced, high intensity work environment and contribute to same
Enjoy extensive customer interaction in a fast-paced work environment
Be results driven and target orientated
Be ambitious - drive personal learning and development with the support of the IT Team
Have a professional work attitude
Be innovative
Have strong attention to detail skills
Qualifications and experience
3rd level qualification in a related discipline
Graduate with 1 - 2 year's experience
Full clean driving licence
Experience with Open GI an advantage
Remuneration package will be commensurate with experience.
