As the new Manufacturing Manager, you will join the existing dedicated team of highly skilled and motivated staff who work in their modern office based in beautiful Devonshire countryside.

About the role

In this busy faced paced role of Manufacturing Manager, you will have daily contact with the Operations Director and will be managing approximately 350 staff members who are split into teams. You will be responsible for the achievement of output targets including delivery, quality, productivity and it is essential the running of the factory keeps to schedule.

About the candidate

This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to work for a successful long-standing company who is going from strength to strength.

You will have a solid engineering background, ideally have HNC qualification in Production or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Engineering would be considered). It is crucial that the successful candidate has experience of managing over 200 staff.

As Manufacturing Manager, you will have experience of creating a lasting culture of change, strong working knowledge and application of continuous experience of tools and techniques. The successful candidate will come from a strong engineering background.
