Job Details

Job Purpose

To be responsible for the successful management of the Babcock RPO Account Team to ensure the adherence to the defined recruitment process and the effective operational management of the programme.

Responsibilities

Day to day

  • To manage the team of Recruitment Business Partners across the RPO
  • Provide the right level of onsite support across the sites
  • Compilation of statistics and reports for both internal and external use.
  • Adhere to the ManpowerGroup vision and instil the same ethos in those working within the team.
  • To thoroughly understand and deliver a complete RPO solution covering all areas of recruitment (contract, permanent, temporary, internal and graduate).
  • To promote the service to key stakeholders and influencers through formal presentations and less formal sales methods.
  • Operational management of the RBP's to ensure the correct level of resource is provided to the Account
  • To manage and consolidate the efforts of the account teams ensuring delivery and performance in line with contract KPI's.
  • Support the interface with the delivery team to assist effective resource management and delivery efficiency
  • To interface with all aspects of Account Team operations to maximise efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular reviews and appraisals with all members of the team
  • Support the training and development of team
  • Work with the reporting team to ensure all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports are prepared and distributed in a timely fashion
  • Focus on ensuring that SLA's and KPI's are met across the account
  • Support the Client Relationship Director with client engagement and development of the RPO programme

Person Specification

Experience

  • Significant recruitment industry experience (ideally both Perm and Contract)
  • Full recruitment lifecycle experience i.e. sourcing, screening, short-listing, offer and rejection management, on-boarding etc.
  • Experience of managing client expectations and challenging stakeholders
  • Experience of working to tight SLA's and KPI's.

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes

  • Demonstrable track record of managing people - capable of motivating, directing, mentoring and empowering teams
  • Understanding of the RPO marketplace
  • Good understanding of clients' market sector & knowledge major international organisations.

Good reasoning skills and ability to make sound judgements

  • Excellent client facing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and identify solutions to challenging issues
  • Ability to conduct formal presentations, create impact and have gravitas with the client
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to empathise with clients' goals and objectives - be proactive in meeting these and developing ways of increasing the presence of ManpowerGroup and clients success.
