Manpower are pleased to be recruiting for Customer Service Coordinators for our busy client based in Luton. This is a temp to perm position starting immediately!

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, knowledge of SAP and ideally speak a European language as well as excellent English.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The hourly rate will be based on a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Essential Functions:

  • To enter all customer orders onto SAP ensuring all queries are adequately resolved or referred to the Manager and/or internal sales companies for order clarification and resolution prior to order entry.
  • To work with Production Planners to establish Supply lines, product build requirements and planned stock availability dates based on material and manufacturing capacity availability, matching the order or forecast order requirements.
  • To compile the necessary national, EU and international shipping and despatch documentation to meet the appropriate import/export requirements as applied by each world region, Customer and the courier to be used.
  • To liaise with end user customers to resolve and advise on shipping queries with respect to date shipped, carrier and consignment tracking advice details.
  • To complete appropriate financial documentation as may be required for order fulfillment including Letters of Credit, etc.
  • The update and filing (computer and manual) of all order entry and despatch documentation, for optimum retrieval for referral needs.
  • To provide continuous support and liaison to all aspects of delivery forecast, order entry, product despatch and customer receipt queries.
  • To compile Statistical reports based on order fulfillment and On Timed Delivery as may be required in an Excel spreadsheet format.
  • To contribute, be involved and actively support the continuous improvement and quality processes within every facet of the organisation.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and ideally another European language.
