Position: This is a full time, permanent role, based in Dublin.

Salary: is around €36K - €37K plus benefits.

We are looking for an Online Analyst to drive the analysis and improvement of our performance across all our products on our online channels.

Online Analyst role overview:
*Analysis and reporting across the conversion funnel and sales performance on our company website across all products
*Be the expert at uncovering conversion problems and opportunities within each funnel
*Define the A/B testing strategy to validate decisions and continuously learn and improve the purchase funnels
*Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and funnel performance, delivering a suite of weekly/monthly reports on funnel analysis and business performance
*Monitor and improve the performance of our automated chat bots that use natural language processing to solve customer queries
*Proactively drive opportunities for business improvements into the product sales channels including merging our web and call centre data to get complete views of our customer journeys
*Analysis the effectiveness of our €2m+ marketing budget, with particular emphasis on our performance in search (both PPC and SEO) including Return on Investment (ROI) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) analysis across all spend categories
*Build our marketing funnels using attribution modelling
*Drive budgeting decisions through rigorous analysis of performance against business cases

Your Experience:
*1-2 years' experience in a related digital environment, with a focus on on-site and funnel performance analysis / online marketing OR
*Graduate of a data heavy degree (physics, statistics, economics, etc.)
*Proven track record in delivering results in a fast pace digital environment
*Highly analytical and data focused
*Advanced level knowledge in Google Analytics
*A/B and MVT testing best practice
*SQL and Excel skills
*Data analysis
