Manpower's client is a leading European provider of business process management and integrated professional support solutions, delivering back office administration and front office customer contact services to private and public sector organisations.

The role: Accounts Receivable Administration
(6 Month Contract - Part Time)

Requirements:
You will be experienced in accounts receivable working with tight deadlines. You have strong analytical skills and strong customer skills.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

- Payment postings and allocations to customer accounts.
- Processing Direct Debit Mandates and associated paperwork.
- Distribution of weekly invoice pack.
- To manage and control the releasing or orders to specific guidelines.
- Liaising with clients and customers.

Experience and Attributes Required:

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- SAP system experience would be a plus but not critical

Hours: 20 Hrs per week - Monday to Friday 9 am to 1 pm

Location: Clonakilty - Co. Cork.
