Customer Relations Telephony Advisor
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Telephony Advisor for one of our large companies based in the Farlington/Cosham area. Within the role,you will be allocated your own cases, which you will maintain responsibility for, including making contact with the customer and conducting an investigation into their queries or concerns, by checking notes on the systems and speaking with colleagues, to ensure a thorough understanding of any issues.
Your communication with the customers should be professional, and clear.
For this role you should have a passion for customer service, be able to work under pressure and be very organised.
The hours are Monday-Friday between 8am -8pm and on a rota to work Saturdays between 8am-8pm (7.5 hours a day).
This is a temporary to permanent role.
Canteen on site- near public transport and near car park.
