Financial Planning Administrator
Great opportunity for an Experienced Administrator with background in Financial Services, ideally in Pension or Investment to join a successful company in Ascot.
They are looking for a strong IFA Administrator with in depth understanding of FCA regulations to support both Paraplanner and Financial Advisers.
You are client focused and well-mannered, with excellent written and verbal skills. Do you have extensive knowledge of Financial Services Industry, FCA's and company's record keeping requirements? You are confident in your organisational and prioritising skills and you have great report writing skills?
Are you client focused and amongst your strengths you have strong communication skills and attention to detail? You are IT literate, proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint. You have a CAN DO attitude and you are focused to meet and exceed client requirements and objectives within a continually changing regulatory environment!
About the Job:
You would work alongside an Administrative team supporting Advisers and Paraplanners, to provide clients with a professional financial planning experience. Besides dealing with the telephone and email enquiries you would be great at creating and maintaining client filing systems, arranging meetings and booking appointments.
You would liaise with life and investment companies and establish factual information relating to client's requirements. You will be processing new business application forms, ensuring the documentation accuracy when forwarding to the third party. When dealing with clients you would be confident in giving information about investment products and services.
