Exhibition Co-Ordinator required for our client in Hedge End, they are experts in the proud craft of making paints and coations, setting the standard in color and protection since 1972. As an Exhibition Co-Ordinator you will work with the on-site Marketing Specialist and Exhibition Team Coordinating annual exhibition shows for our Clients Business Units. You will liaise with exhibition team both internally & externally to ensure compatibility with show structure & plans. You will also have daily contact with external show organisers to ensure payment, paperwork, contracts, HSE and plans are as scheduled and up to date

Additionally you will support internal stakeholders to ensure communication is correct and aligned with agreed show plans and designs, Create and internally distribute to stakeholders of show handover documentation and Handle queries and troubleshooting on the phone, e-mail and face to face. You will also manage the exhbition show diary, arrange logistics for exhibition stands and coordinate of all local language materials for show displays. You will also have daily contact with external show organisers to ensure payment, paperwork, contracts, HSE and plans are as scheduled and up to date.

Role requirements:

  • GCSE's (or equivalent) level A-C (including English and Maths)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative working style and team player
  • Analytical mind with good financial acumen
  • Willing to travel UK and overseas
