Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers based in Barnwood, Gloucester are currently seeking to recruit a Data Analyst/Administrator to join their Central Technical Organisation (CTO) Asset Management Team.
Please note; the successful candidate will be working for Manpower on assignment with our client - this is an ongoing temporary role.
Job Context
The successful Candidate will be expected to provide general administrative and analytical support to the planning, tracking and monitoring of asset plans and process controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and co-ordinating of gathering large volumes of data for multiple teams across the Business
- Data management of large spreadsheets
- Data inputting and extraction from tools such as IMS and NGRL
- Version and Configuration change management of information
- Production of reports supported by tables and graphs
- Production of monthly/quarterly reports
- Responsible for maintaining local trackers & providing fleet reports
- Support the co-ordination of workshops / meetings and general administration
- Providing generic support to the wider asset management team
Specific Skills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Expert in Configuration management
- Experience in reporting and analysis of data
- Experience in IMS
