You'll help customers by:

• Capturing the information provided onto bespoke processing systems
• Following specific processes and guidance material
• Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone, and providing an approachable, timely and professional service
• Building genuine relationships, committed to finding the right solutions for customers

The skills you'll need:

Previous experience isn't required for these roles - what's more important is that you're computer literate and have a high attention to detail, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You'll build incredible knowledge of our client's products and services to help resolve complex analysis.

We're also looking for:

• Relationship building and interpersonal skills with the skill to engage and communicate with your customers and stakeholders often regarding sensitive issues
• A natural flair and genuine desire to help customers by using a full range of investigative tools, as well as a keen eye for detail to identify potential risks
• The desire to learn and develop

You'll also need:

• The determination to go the extra mile for customers every day to provide that truly personal service
• Good organisation skills and the ability to multitask, as you'll be navigating different systems
• Good keyboard skills as you'll be processing information when talking to our client's customers

What else you need to know:

Our client is there for their customer whatever the time of day or night and we are currently recruiting for customers to work evenings shifts on a full time basis.

Successful applicants will be required to undergo Her Majesty's Government Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment vetting. This includes verification of your identity, criminal record, financial probity and nationality and immigration status. We also require evidence of your employment/education history over the last 3 years. We may also require an overseas criminal record check if you have spent more than 6 months outside of the UK in the last 3 years. Further information will be given at assessment stage.
