HR Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full-time temporary role until October 2019, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying £27,200 per annum, pro rata.

This role requires someone with strong administrative, communication and organisational skills to assist a team of People Experience Leads (aka HR Advisors) and HR Data Specialists through a busy transition period following the introduction of a new HR Services provider and a new computer system. The role requires someone who is comfortable and confident in following instructions, prioritising a busy workload and managing their own time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• General office administration
• Data entry
• Updating systems (e.g. raising and progressing 'cases' on the Salesforce case management system) * Assisting with query resolution and chasing from other relevant teams or service providers
• Answering queries from internal staff and external contacts
• Taking minutes and/or typing minutes taken from formal meetings
• Assisting team members face to face and remotely across multiple sites [Southern Region]
