Manpower are currently recruiting for a leading global paints and coatings company worldwide.

The Leyland depot is currently going through an expansion.

We are on the lookout for an experience paint manufacturer to join them, this will be on a TEMP - PERM contract

As a paint manufacturing operator, you will prepare, load and fill specified recipes. Prep and load running mixers ensuring that you follow a tight schedule and produce the final product to a high standard and quality. You will be required to keep your own work station clean and tidy while on the shop floor.

Experience is essential.

The ideal candidate will have the desire for long term work as this position is on a Temp-Perm basis. we are looking for people with a strong work ethic and for the right attitude there will be a potential carer progression.

Skills and experience required:

Paint manufacturing (essential)

Formulation experience (essential)

OEE

5'S

Batch Cycle Time

Past work in physical roles and heavy lifting

Good level of English both written and verbal

FLT is an advantage but is not essential

Good attendance

Team Player

Good Attention to detail

Hours of work:

MONDAY - FRIDAY

7AM -3.30PM

Temp - Perm

£20-25K PA DOE
