999 Emergency Call Handler - Bicester
Manpower has an amazing opportunity to work within a well-respected organisation as a 999 Call Handler. This call centre is based in Bicester and is a vital role within the NHS as it is the first point of contact for the general public in their up most time of need.In this role, you will take emergency 999 calls, offering the best service on every call as you provide lifesaving support to the general public. You will be joining a fast-paced team in a public-focused contact centre environment, answering and processing emergency health care calls direct from the public, supported by on-hand nurses to assess caller's health care needs and ensure they receive the right service or advice as quickly as possible. Work closely with health care professionals to assist with other required duties to provide the best possible standard of care to all patientsThe call centre is open 24/7, 365 days a year which means you must be fully flexible when working, which does include bank holidays, Christmas and New Year's.
The pay starts from £8.53 and you can earn up to £11.40 per hour.
