The Cork branch is currently recruiting for enthusiastic Sales & Service Associates.

The role: Sales Agent - Care Associate

To support the Loyalty & Care Services Desk by offering polite, friendly and helpful services to the guests, making reservations, selling products and answering queries on the Loyalty program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Verify all reservation information with customers to ensure accuracy.
* Input and access data in the reservation system by entering correct information into proper fields.
* Deliver an effortless customer experience by responding positively and timely to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
* Anticipate customer needs, including asking questions to help discover sales opportunities and overcome objections based on knowing what your customer needs
* Provide personalized service to our customers

Position Pre-requisites:

* Fluency in English and German or Dutch.
* At least 1 year related work experience.
